SALAD




Salad Olivier

A classic celebratory salad, featuring finely diced root vegetables (potatoes, carrots), sweet peas, dill pickles, and tender chopped Bavarian sausage. Bound in a light, house-made creamy dressing and elegantly presented.




MAIN




Lobster and Mushroom Risotto

Arborio rice slowly cooked in a rich, velvety lobster bisque, infused with white wine and Parmesan cheese. Folded with sautéed wild mushrooms and large, succulent pieces of fresh-caught Blue Marlin lobster tail

Two perfectly grilled and seasoned South African Lamb Chops, served alongside creamy, buttery garlic mashed potatoes. Finished with a savory red wine reduction gravy and tender, lightly blanched asparagus spears.

Baklava

A decadent and traditional treat. Layers of crispy, flaky phyllo pastry, filled with chopped nuts (pistachios and walnuts), spiced with cinnamon, and drenched in a delicate, sweet honey-lemon syrup. Served warm.
